Welcome to SoDough Square, where we bring the authentic taste of the Motor City to Florida. Our Detroit-style pizzas are famous for their light, airy dough, house-made Stanislaus tomato sauce, and our proprietary Wisconsin brick cheese blend. Every pie is baked in traditional blue steel pans to create that signature caramelized “frico” cheese crust. From our signature "Detroit Rob City" to our authentic Coney Dogs, we’re dedicated to doing Detroit right.
